ATTORNEY DIANA WHIPKEY YOUNG
Diana Whipkey Young – an aggressive and compassionate advocate for more than 30 years, Attorney Diana Whipkey Young has provided aggressive and compassionate representation for Georgia residents facing complicated and life-changing legal problems, including family law matters, criminal defense work, and personal injury cases.
Knowledgeable, Experienced, and Respected.
Diana has the knowledge, experience, and respect in the community to advocate for her clients’ best interests. She began her career as a prosecutor in the Cobb County Solicitor’s Office. This afforded Diana a prosecutor’s perspective, bringing her legal knowledge full circle and making her capable of understanding any criminal law issue and zealously advocating for her clients in criminal defense cases.
Also, as a prosecutor, Diana gained an enormous amount of trial experience, giving her valuable insight into the courtroom process and useful skills in litigating cases. While some attorneys may shy away from litigation, Diana is not afraid to try her clients’ cases and is skilled at doing so.
Diana has been a lifelong resident of Marietta and has been a practicing attorney here since 1983. Among judges and fellow lawyers, she is well-respected in the legal community.
